Mystery CAL - Week 4 - Unit 4

Updated: Apr 5, 2022

It's the last week of the CAL! Woo Hoo! I am so excited about the Prizes that I have been working on for this Crochet Along! I can't wait for you to get to see them!

I have some super big surprises for everyone who finishes all 4 weeks of the CAL! So just hang in there this is going to be well worth your time and effort! It's so hard for me to keep a secret (just ask my husband lol) but I keep telling myself I can do it! ha ha

Remember there will be a prize for whoever guesses closest to the "title" of this pattern pack by the day of the Big Reveal on Friday, February the 12th, so keep sharing your guesses!

To place your guesses in for the running you can go to the VIP group on Facebook and place your guesses in the comment section of any of the Mystery CAL posts in the announcements. You can guess as many times as you like up until the last day.

What happens after the 12th? After I post all the assembly instructions on the 12th I will give everyone a week to assemble their pieces and post their final photos in the VIP group.

When your post your final photo make sure your post says "Mystery CAL" in the subject and put use this hashtag so that I can easily find your posts #FinalPhoto.

Whoever gets the most likes, hearts, smiley faces, unique comments will get a prize as well! The due date and further details for the final photos will be announced after reveal day on Feb 12th.

Did I mention I have some big surprises coming for all those who finish?! OMG it is so hard not to tell you what it is, I am so excited! Keep it together, kept it together! Just breatttthhhheeee lol I can do this! So anyways...

Let's jump into Unit 4! As always use whatever colors you have available! The photos at the end will be a lot of fun to see!

Oh and one more last thing...

Most of my testing team is participating in the Mystery CAL so I do not have all the eyes I normally do on these patterns to help perfect them before they go out so if you happen to see an error just let me know in the VIP group and I'll fix it real quick for everyone! Thanks!

Bobble Stitch (BO)- for this pattern, you will join 6 double crochets into 1 puffy looking stitch. The sc stitches which surround it, will make it pop out more. To achieve the Bobble Stitch, you will *yarn over, go through st, yarn over and pull through 2 loops*, do not finish st, repeat 5 more times, you will have 7 loops (6 half-finished double crochet stitches) on your hook, yarn over and pull through all 7 loops, do not chain to close the cluster, immediately start the next st in the pattern. For more info on this stitch see the photo tutorial and Yarnspirations definition.
